You may return most
new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also
pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you
received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To initiate a return, please
contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you
with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Items
should be returned in their original packaging and with all included
accessories. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund
to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note
that certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are not
eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you
